The CHAMP Plan™ will provide unlimited prescription coverage on a robust list of nearly 200 generic and brand name prescriptions, along with a $0 copay for the employee plus their family members who are added to the plan.

The CHAMP Plan™ pays 100% of preventive care services required by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) through First Health Providers. The PPACA was created to ensure that all Americans have access to affordable health care.
